Presentation
I hold a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Neurosciences from the University of Crete. My research background includes neurodegeneration and protein aggregation, using cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, and advanced imaging. As a PhD fellow I will explore circulating muscle-specific biomarkers in Myotonic Dystrophy type 1, aiming to improve diagnosis and patient care. I am particularly motivated to expand my expertise in bioinformatics through interdisciplinary collaborations with clinical impact.
