The Center for Research in Myology has access to all technical platforms at Sorbonne University (animal facilities, omics,etc.), but it has also developed its own technical platforms shared between all teams.All up-to-date imaging tools are shared through MyoImage and available to all through reservation. The Center has also developed MyoVector to produce AAV-based gene therapy vectors using the most recent technologies. Finally, MyoLine, a platform dedicated to the production of immortalized human cells, provides immortalized human myoblasts or myoconveretd human fibroblasts to all teams who request them, local, national or international, academic or private. The set of technical platform should be further developed in the future, including as an example a bioinformatic core (MyoBim).
